1, Mari thanked everyone for the anniversary party.

2, Elaelin suggested running the next raffle as a lottery. People would enter raffles prior to the event and winners would be announced at the party.

3. Dall suggested Rapid Raid be used for the next party so everyone can find events. There was some confusion at the last party as to when/where events were occurring.

4. Merowin heard a lot of positive feedback about the chicken run and freeze tag afterward.

5. It was discussed that next party we have a sparring tournament with a band playing in the background. It was also suggested we have the band play at the Prancing Pony.

6. Mari commented on the Scavenger Hunt and how well it went.

7. Mari gave a special thank you to Merowin for his party donations. Everyone agreed.

8. Skimish races went well but Mari would have liked to have a few more teams.

9. Georgian made a suggestion about the skirmish races. He suggested something be placed on the forums for people looking for groups in the contest. He suggested this be placed on Rapid Raid. Trin followed on this suggestion with using Rapid Raid and a random pairing of individuals. Gali supported this idea. Mari suggested he set up random team assignment based on time zone. Everen suggested that the teams get a specific time period to run the skirmishes ahead of the party. Mari will tell the teams a week in advance to allow for practice and the actual skirmish will be run the day of the party.

10. Taisie asked for assistance with the fall festival.

11. Trin closed the meeting congratulations to Merowin for being Master of Raids and Dallont for his new role as Lt. Scribe.

Oh, sorry, I thought this was an officer meeting... I didn't realize it was a full kin meeting, or I would have been there the whole time.

It was an officer meeting George, but we let anyone listen in unless it's 'closed door topics' in which case we meander down to the bottom of vent and duke it out ;)
