Wanna know the fastest way to get tokens, regardless of which festival it is? Especially since it seems tough to gather tokens very quickly in the Summer Festival . . .
Well, it may not be as much fun as doing all the various festival quests, but the fastest way, easily, is to do the Ale Association and Inn League delivery quests. Look here for a guide that I've been using for years (although I've modified the path some for myself, since there are new swift travels, elf ports to Rivendell, and such):

In under an hour (in 1/2 hour with a hunter!), I can gather 22 badges of Dishonour/Taste, which amount to 66 tokens (whichever festival tokens you want). That's per day. You only need 60 badges (trade in for 180 tokens) to get 300 consumables.
