There have been recent discussions about it. I point you to https://www.lotro.com/forums/showthread.php?540445-Lore-Masters-support-roll-then-and-now&highlight=wound+removal, where one player lists all the changes that happened when the trees came out. Of note: "For an unimaginable reason, my wound-diseaeromoval is no Fellowship anymore!" It used to be a group wide skill, but Turbine figured that was far too useful.
